Campaign Material Specifications
To make sure your campaign displays correctly on NTRY Engage screens, all material must follow the specifications below.
NTRY Engage screens are designed for moving digital communication, where timing, clarity, and readability are key. Keep your message short, visually clear, and easy to understand at a glance.
Video Material
Video files must be delivered according to the following specifications:
Format: MP4 only
Codec: H.264
Resolution: 1920 × 1080 px
Frame rate: 25 fps
Maximum duration: 10 seconds
Maximum bitrate: 8 Mbps
Audio: No audio required
Important: Please consider that up to 20% of the top area may be covered by route information at any point during playback. Avoid placing essential text, logos, or calls to action in the top 20% of the video.
We recommend keeping the main message and brand elements in the centre or lower part of the composition.
Static Image Material
Static image files must be delivered according to the following specifications:
Format: JPG or PNG
Resolution: 1920 × 1080 px
Colour mode: RGB
Orientation: Landscape / 16:9
Important: Please consider that up to 20% of the top area may be covered by route information at any point. Avoid placing essential text, logos, or calls to action in the top 20% of the image.
Safe Area
Route information may appear over the top part of the screen.
Please keep all important content away from the top of the layout, including:
Logos
Campaign headlines
Offer details
Prices
QR codes
Legal text
Calls to action
Recommended placement: centre or lower part of the screen.
Creative Recommendations
For best performance, we recommend:
Keep the message short and direct
Use strong contrast between text and background
Avoid small text
Use one main message per creative
Make the brand visible, but not overcrowded
Use clear calls to action, such as “Visit us today”, “Book now”, “Explore more”, or “Stop by nearby”
Avoid placing key information too close to the edges
Test readability at a small size before delivery
NTRY Engage is seen while people are on the move, so the creative should be easy to understand quickly.
Delivery Deadline
All final campaign material must be delivered at least 3 working days before the campaign start date.
Late delivery may affect campaign setup, review, approval, and launch timing.
File Naming
Please name your files using the following structure:
Brand_name_campaign_week_engage.mp4
or
Brand_name_campaign_week_engage.png
Examples:
Brandname_summer_sale_week28_engage.mp4
Brandname_store_opening_week32_engage.png
Use clear file names and avoid special characters where possible.
File Delivery
Please send final files to:
Do not send campaign files using free WeTransfer links. Free transfer links may expire before the material can be processed.
For larger files, please use a stable file-sharing service with access that remains available until the campaign has been reviewed and approved.
